Control the movement and opening timing of the left rapier: During weft insertion, it precisely controls the opening/closing action of the left rapier to ensure the weft yarn is stably gripped, transferred, and released.
Ensure stable weft yarn transfer: Working in coordination with the right gripper opener, it enables smooth and reliable weft yarn handover between the two rapiers, preventing yarn slippage, breakage, or failed transfer.
